Contact Form Inbox: Anyone on site can now report safety observations via email -no login required. Messages land in HammerTech where site teams can quickly convert them into formal observations. Perfect for empowering trade partners and workers who don't use the platform daily.

Smarter Observation Reassignments: When an observation is reassigned, the new assignee gets notified automatically. No more dropped handoffs or confusion about who's responsible, issues keep moving even on the busiest sites.

Split ‘Review’ and ‘Create’ Permit Permissions: One team creates permits. Another approves them. Now you can separate these permissions to sharpen accountability and ensure only the right people sign off on critical work.

Custom Module Notifications: Trigger automatic email alerts when custom module records are submitted or updated. These notifications are based on the module type settings, so reviews happen faster and nothing falls through the cracks.
