I have always enjoyed working in construction. It is a dynamic, fast moving industry and the diversity of people involved makes it an exciting industry to be apart of. Couple that with emerging technology and improving business processes and I have found my place in the ConTech space. Our aim is to help make job sites safer by working with clients, industry and tech partners to develop solutions and insights that drive better outcomes. I am also passionate about 'life' balance and endeavour to instill this philosophy into our business, staff and family life.

After qualifying as a Chartered Professional Accountant with Deloitte, I joined SaaS-based Kinaxis where I served as Controller through its IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Subsequently I served as CFO at Rockgarden Cannabis through its capitalization and sale to Auxly, and as CFO at Embotics through its capitalization and sale to Snow Software. I joined HammerTech at a very exciting time. The Company’s ambitious and energetic team has built a quality product, which provides a hard ROI to a large but under-serviced market through a repeatable sales process – all ingredients required for big success!

With over 18 years industry experience in both software development and IT operations and in an age where innovation is happening at a breakneck pace I understand the first and foremost: performance, reliability and security are the core foundations of any successful product.

When not at my desk, you'll find me running trails through the Dandenongs and Yarra Valley.

I grew up in Toronto, Canada but have called Melbourne, Australia home for the past 20 years. I'm passionate about building products that solve real-world problems and am excited to bring my experience to HammerTech. 

In my spare time, you'll find me exploring the outdoors through camping, capturing the world through photography, or getting my adrenaline pumping with motor racing. I also have a deep appreciation for the arts and enjoy immersing myself in theatre.

I didn't think there was anything more dynamic than a construction project team until I was encouraged to consider a career in marketing. Following a brilliant 10 years in construction working on major infrastructure programs like the London 2012 Olympics, I'm now a proud marketer for one of the most dynamic companies in construction tech.

After starting my career as a licensed engineer working across North and South America, I made the leap into construction tech in 2007. Since then, I’ve led high-performing sales teams at Aconex, Oracle, and Sinch, and now serve as Chief Sales Officer at HammerTech. What’s kept me energized all these years is the opportunity to build teams that drive real impact—whether through better jobsite safety, smarter sales strategies, or streamlined go-to-market execution.

At HammerTech, I’m excited to be part of a company that’s solving complex problems for the construction industry with practical, scalable solutions. My focus is helping our team grow with intention, stay customer-centric, and have fun while doing it.

Outside work, I live in Denver with my wife and two (mostly grown) sons. I’m a lifelong Buckeyes fan, a not-so-great but passionate fly fisher, and an occasional ice climber who still dreams of being better at skiing.

When I joined the technology team at HammerTech in 2017, there were less than ten employees in a small office. Fast forward to today, I now lead the engineering team which has grown to consist of amazing leaders and contributors across testing, development, UI/UX and operations.

I'm proud to lead a passionate and highly talented team with a diverse, inclusive and supportive work culture. As a leader I believe that an engineering team must always take pride in its work, and align behind the common goal of creating the best product experience for our users as it's #1 priority.

I’ve worked for the past 25 years in software with the last 12 years in the SaaS based construction technology space.  A majority of my time has been spent working with customers to help ensure they receive the maximum value from the application while receiving the best implementation/customer success experience possible.  At HammerTech the implementation, success, and support teams’ goal is to help our customers utilize the application in the most effective manner to ensure their workers, subcontractors, and site visitors get home to their families and friends safely.   To help achieve this goal, the team will always be readily accessible, possess expert domain knowledge, and provide exceptional support.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, biking, running, spending time with my family in SE Michigan, and hanging with my dog, Zoey.

With a background in SaaS and technology sectors, primarily driving GTM strategies, I'm passionate about helping businesses scale from start-ups to success stories.

As one of the early employees at HammerTech I have been fortunate to see that growth trajectory firsthand. When not at work, you can usually find me playing golf, enjoying travel and spending time with my family in Melbourne, Australia.

In 2017 I joined the small and highly dedicated team at HammerTech. Since this time HammerTech has grown and matured significantly. Supporting our teams to continually deliver the best possible experience for our clients is a core focus. I've always found great pleasure in supporting our clients to ensure they have the best solutions for their needs so they can work faster and smarter.

I'm thankful that HammerTech supports a healthy work life balance, as I'm kept very busy outside of work hours with my young family.

I have over 20 years of experience in branding and design with a passion for visually telling the HammerTech story to our customers. My background ranges from advertising agencies to book publishing to fashion houses, however my favorite industry to date is construction.

Outside of work you will either find me scuba diving off the coast of Catalina Island or one-wheeling with my husband and kids.

I have been leading teams and working in software development for over 18 years and am proud to bring this extensive experience to HammerTech. 

As a team leader, I'm responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of HammerTech's development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. I also play a key role in mentoring and developing the technical team, so they can grow into their roles and excel. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I'm also passionate about fitness and enjoy a variety of sports. I believe that staying active is essential to maintaining a healthy body and mind.

On top of the day-to-day accounting functions, my aim is to support HammerTech's growth financially through careful analysis, improving efficiencies and timely reporting while maintaining compliance with payroll and taxation authorities.

Besides my dedicated love for finance and accounting, I love cats, games/content creation, yummy food and technology. Yes, I have 4 cats and no, that is not too many!

I have been working in the construction technology space in North America since 2014. I’m passionate about working with people, technology and making construction safer. My focus for the past 8 years has been in professional services and implementation. At HammerTech, our Implementation team is the best in class because we provide a white glove onboarding and a consultative approach. Our goal is for our clients to walk away with not only a better understanding of technology, but a better understanding of their own processes and procedures.

A few of my hobbies include running, hiking, cooking and watching football (Go Bears!).

I have over 20 years of professional experience in the software development industry, spanning various domains such as supply chain management, banking and finance, and product development. My commitment to delivering reliable and highly scalable systems in a team environment is supported by my proficient software design, development, and mentoring skills. I am dedicated to building self-organized teams with technical excellence, and our focus on creating value-added, simple solutions to complex problems ensures successful software product delivery with great quality.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. Additionally, I pursue interests such as occasional artistry and cooking, as well as stargazing in my backyard.

I have 18 years of experience in software development, working across various domains such as finance, e-commerce, supply chain, healthcare, and now construction. My personal mantra as a software developer is "To deliver quality products," which reflects how I work at HammerTech.

As a team leader, I am responsible for ensuring my team delivers high-quality products while also guiding them through challenges. I support their technical growth and help develop their interpersonal skills.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. We enjoy watching our son play at the playground, go swimming, and ride his bike.

Drawing on my experience in the construction industry as a project manager in Australia and the UK, I'm now the product manager for ANZ. I love working with our clients to understand their problems and to find solutions that help them get ahead in all things Safety, Quality, Health and Environment.

I found my passion in testing and have been working extensively as a testing professional for the past 12 years with a proven record of successful project deliveries in the IT industry. At HammerTech, being responsible for quality assurance and testing of our world class user intuitive products, I help the team by mentoring and collaborating with them to deliver high quality output by implementing and following appropriate best practices and policies.

Other than work, my world revolves around my little kid. But whenever I am lucky in getting some free time, I love watching comedy shows, suspense/ thriller movies and enjoy listening to music and cooking.

I bring over a decade of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. At HammerTech, I work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure quality at every stage of the development cycle.

With a background in agile environments and hands-on experience using tools like Selenium, Java, ALM, SQL, and TFS, I support testing strategies that help deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions that keep construction job sites safer and more efficient.

Outside of work, I enjoy dance as a creative outlet and a way to relax and de-stress.

HammerTech provides a culture where team members can learn and grow together and that is a mentality we utilize when working with our clients. I joined HammerTech's implementation team in 2018 shortly after HammerTech expanded into North America and leveraged this experience to secure my dream role in development team as the US product manager. 

We want to hear product feedback and understand what is and is not working on site. From those insights we can grow and become better, together. 

Outside of work I enjoy hiking, reading, and watching The Real Housewives. 

I have a wide range of experience including project management, architecture design, coding and team leading. At HammerTech, we aim to provide reliable and secure service that would help our customers to improve safety and efficiency. We have all the means, and I am putting all my effort towards it.

I have tertiary education in software engineering and have worked in software products development for 25 years with the last 13 years in SaaS space, API, Services and DevOps.

Outside of work I enjoy astrophotography, experimenting with various application of AI and music.

I’ve worked in the construction technology space for nine years in both the North American and Australian markets. The common theme across each of my roles has been an emphasis on building relationships with my customers through trust, transparency, and reliability. At HammerTech our customer success team is passionate about improving the everyday lives of our customers by consistently looking for ways to innovate and share best practices.

Outside of work you’ll find me hacking it out on the golf course, dreaming up the next family vacation with my wife and son, and eating as much delicious food as I can get my hands on.

I'm passionate about people and providing the best possible employee journey. I bring 7+ years of industry experience to HammerTech with a background in psychology. I aim to cultivate inspiring, supportive and highly engaging environments that allow the people within them to thrive.

Beyond work I love trying new foods, being creative and doing anything related to art and travel.

Having spent over a decade working in technology, I’ve amassed a wealth of experience implementing numerous software solutions, while working in some fascinating industries. The implementation journey a company goes on with any new solution is the make or break for the success of it. At HammerTech, we take the time to understand each clients’ individual needs to create a fit for purpose solution that sets them up for a successful transition. My team and I are passionate about supporting our clients through every step of their journey, and building strong partnerships to support them long-term.

I lead an active life outside of work, but if you don’t find me outdoors or in the gym, I’ll be at home with a good book and my dog, Sharky, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Having worked in tech across various industries, I was excited to jump into construction with such an iconic brand in HammerTech. I am passionate about change and believe technology can be used to create efficiencies and streamline processes for a business. I am a big believer that tech should not create more work, it should make life easier. I love how marketing is used to tell a story, to translate and talk to a target audience in their own language, and to address their objectives.

Work/life balance is fundamental to HammerTech’s culture, and I am so grateful to be able to carry out my role as Marketing Manager alongside my role as a parent.

One of my great joys is working closely with a team of genuine people towards an ambitious common goal, and this is what makes HammerTech truly special. It’s a pleasure being part of an inclusive team that values its staff, clients and the sites we work with above all else with the vision of building smarter, safer, better – together.
