Do I need to pay additional license fees for all my subcontractors?

No. One of the best parts about HammerTech is that you don’t need to pay for additional users. Safety is a team sport, so limiting access to safety documentation does not support the overall goal of keeping everyone safe.

Even if workers do not have a login, they can still complete all orientations and training and even submit safety observations through a QR code.

How can subcontractors access HammerTech?

Within the “Employers” tab in HammerTech, you can easily add new subcontractors, who will then be sent a welcome email. This workflow can be customized with your specific content as needed.

What kind of information can I see for each subcontractor?

You can choose to require certain fields to be completed by your subcontractors. In general, you can view information such as the subcontractor’s name, whether they are active within your account, how many and which projects they are active on, their address, insurance information, and any additional prequalification questions you add related to general safety statistics.

How do I track subcontractor compliance across multiple projects?
