Bulletin Assist: Create clearer, more effective site bulletins with AI-powered assistance directly in the Bulletin editor - tightening grammar, rewriting content, or shortening the length to keep message concise and cost-effective. The result is a bulletin that goes out faster, costs less to send, and reads more easily, so critical information reaches your teams sooner.

Plan with less back-and-forth

A Pre-Task Plan (also referred to as Safe Plans of Action in the UK or Risk Assessments in Australia) can look complete and still miss what makes it reliable: the crew, task, permits, equipment, JHAs/SWMS, site conditions, and changes that may not be captured in the plan itself.

Photo & Document Uploads for PTPs: Teams can upload more supporting documents (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, etc.) and images - like photos of a whiteboard meeting or already-completed paperwork - directly to a PTP. Relevant details are then extracted and added as hazards, controls, or PPE requirements, reducing manual data entry after the meeting while creating a more complete picture of the work.

Improved Capture & Review of PTPs: Teams can begin with a prepared PTP, use HammerTech Intelligence to capture what changes or gets clarified during the pre-task briefing, and automatically add those details back into the plan for review. AI-Assisted Document Summary: HammerTech Intelligence automatically generates a summary whenever a document is uploaded, allowing teams to quickly understand its contents without opening or downloading it. Summaries appear directly within the Documents module, support multilingual projects by using the document's original language, and help users locate the information they need in seconds instead of minutes.
