Connecting Multilingual Training with Onboarding and Compliance
Getting workers trained shouldn't mean choosing between quality content and a single, reliable compliance record. That's why HammerTech has partnered with LUMA1 to help contractors deliver multilingual training at scale while keeping worker compliance in one place.
The HammerTech and LUMA1 integration connects LUMA1's training content and course library, including the full Ally Safety library, directly to the HammerTech worker profile. Training assigned or completed in LUMA1, along with any upcoming renewal dates, is reflected on the worker's HammerTech record automatically, so compliance gaps show up before they become a problem on site.
Here's how it works: once a worker is approved in HammerTech, their worker information flows into LUMA1, where training is assigned and delivered. As workers complete courses, HammerTech receives the completion date and any expiry back, along with a record of what training is still outstanding. Each LUMA1 course connects to a matching license or training type in HammerTech, so nothing has to be manually reconciled.
Keeping one worker record, not two
Many contractors already rely on HammerTech to manage worker onboarding, orientation, and site compliance. This integration doesn’t change that. Instead of standing up a second worker database in LUMA1, the integration keeps HammerTech as the single source of truth for worker information, and LUMA1 syncs against it.
That matters most for teams that would otherwise need to re-enter the same worker details in multiple places, or cross-check two systems to confirm someone's training is current.
LUMA1 supports training beyond the orientation
LUMA1 is a workforce readiness and training platform built for high-risk industries, including construction. Beyond orientation content, it offers a broader course library, a marketplace of third-party training, and support for translated delivery in low-connectivity site conditions.
Built for orientation quality and workforce readiness
The integration is particularly valuable for contractors managing a multilingual workforce, where translated, high-quality training content improves comprehension and retention during onboarding, not just compliance on paper.
By connecting training content with worker compliance, contractors can:
-
Deliver orientation and training content in over 80 languages
-
See training completions and expirations directly on the HammerTech worker profile
-
Get visibility into future training requirements before they become compliance gaps
-
Eliminate duplicate worker profile management across HammerTech and LUMA1.
-
Keep worker records in sync automatically, with no manual re-entry.
Better together
This integration reflects HammerTech's commitment to building an open construction safety platform that connects with the technology contractors already use.
As the system of record for worker competency, HammerTech helps customers create a connected technology ecosystem where information flows seamlessly between safety, workforce, and operational systems. The result is fewer manual processes, stronger compliance, and greater confidence that critical safety controls are working together.
Because keeping people safe isn't about adding more systems. It's about connecting the right ones.
