Meet the Winners: HammerTech Community Awards 2025

Honouring the leaders, innovators, and safety champions shaping the future of construction.

Now in its third year, the HammerTech Community Awards celebrate what site safety pros already know: real progress happens when people push, question, improve, and inspire.

In 2025, our global HammerTech Community of over 600 main contractors did exactly that.

Teams across Australia & New Zealand, the UK & Ireland, and North America nominated their peers for the Safety Ambassador Award, recognising those driving safer practices, stronger culture, and better outcomes.

We revealed this year's winners at the recent ANZ Community Event in Melbourne, with regional honourees recognised in person.

Across the three categories and nine winners, one message stood out.

When safety leaders drive innovation and consistency, the result isn’t only less harm, but stronger teams, better outcomes, and projects that set new site safety standards.
