Photos taken during an inspection walk-through often end up scattered across camera rolls and follow-up messages, disconnected from the inspection they were meant to document.
Evidence Field & Inspection Gallery: Users can now attach up to 10 photos to the Evidence field directly in an inspection, with those images appearing in a dedicated inspection gallery that any user with access to the inspection can view – not just the person who took them. Teams can annotate photos using the same image editor used elsewhere in HammerTech, drag and drop or upload new images, or pull existing photos from the gallery.

AI Photo Evidence Recognition: In addition to Evidence Field & Inspection Gallery, HammerTech Intelligence can automatically match uploaded photos to the relevant inspection question, processing up to the first 100 photos at a time. This feature can be run once per inspection, taking the manual photo sorting out of the review process.
A bulletin only works if it reaches people in time, and an email or in-app alerts don't always cut it when timing matters. Getting a message out often meant exporting numbers into a separate SMS tool, working from recipient lists that drift out of date, and having little visibility into who was actually reached.
SMS in Bulletins: Authorized users can now send mass text messages directly within the Bulletins module to specific project audiences, such as workers or primary contacts, using the contact and workforce data already in HammerTech. Messages go to anyone with a mobile number on file in a supported country, so recipient lists stay current automatically and every message is documented for later reference. Teams can use it to send:
Weather alerts to nominated representatives, reminding crews to stay hydrated, take scheduled breaks, or watch for signs of heat exhaustion.
Trade coordination to a distributed group (i.e., electric), informing specific crews of nearby work, specific instructions, or scheduled deliveries in their work zone.
Site updates to all signed-in workers, notifying crews of upcoming safety briefings or meetings.
By texting from inside the platform teams already use for workforce and access data, SMS Bulletins helps teams save time, feel confident that the right people were reached, and limit potential liability with a documented record of distribution and usage.
On active sites, knowing who signed in is only part of the picture. Construction teams also need to know where that sign-in happened.
Sign-In Device Names: When a worker signs-in, HammerTech will now display the name of the device used for that sign-in event, giving site teams more context at a glance and making sign-in data easier to understand and act on.
For example, running a large site with multiple entry gates across separate compounds can be difficult. If an alarm sounds, the evacuation report shows not just who signed in, but which gate they came through. This makes it easier to check worker names against the right entry point, versus one combined list for the whole site.
Sign-In Device Names will appear in the places where location context is mentioned:
Sign-In Book: the device name will display against sign-in events
Sign-In Book filtering: teams can filter the sign-in book by device name
Emergency Evac reports: the device name will be included in incidents or emergency reporting
HammerTech continues to expand its integration ecosystem, making it easier for teams to connect to the platforms they already use and keep data moving automatically.
Irongate Systems: Teams can automate SST card enforcement at the point of entry with the Irongate integration, removing the risk of non-compliant workers getting on site, keeping teams protected from costly fines and stop-work orders.
LUMA1: Teams can leverage a bi-directional integration sync with LUMA1, keeping worker profiles, completed trainings, and future training requirements aligned across both platforms.
Workato Connector: We've published a HammerTech connector in the Workato Community Library, so teams with a Workato account can now build workflows tailored to their business processes without needing to understand the underlying API.
