In the last three months, we’ve rolled out a wave of updates that make the platform smarter, more flexible, and easier to use. Whether it’s AI-driven summaries, better mobile workflows, or deeper data connections, these updates are all about making your day simpler and your decisions faster.
HammerTech Intelligence Site Diary Summaries – Generate customizable summaries of site diaries or daily reports over a selected date range—daily, weekly, or custom—complete with visual charts (e.g., weather), inspection and incident stats, and any associated photos. Users can tailor the summary content by including or excluding specific details to fit different audiences like owners vs. internal teams.
Benefit: Save time and strengthen collaboration with automated, customizable summaries.
HammerTech Intelligence Observation Search - [coming soon] - Teams will be able to search observations using natural language, making it faster and easier to find what they need without having to remember exact reference numbers or source IDs.
Benefit: Find information faster with intuitive, natural-language search.
Custom Modules Wizard - When creating a custom module within HammerTech, users are now taken through a simplified step-by-step flow to create and edit these custom modules. This new workflow enables data from custom modules to be synced back into the Insights module and generally makes the process feel simple and clear.
Benefit: Build and manage custom workflows easily with guided setup and seamless data syncing.
Reporting & Insights Data Endpoints - New safety and workforce endpoints are available for third-party reporting and compliance oversight. These include SWMS / JHA / RAMS, Bulletins, Bookings, and Employers. Additional endpoints for Workers and Locations are coming soon as well.
Benefit: Expand visibility and flexibility with new options for custom reporting and integrations.
Observation List View – A refreshed interface designed to make managing observations faster and more intuitive. Updates include improved filtering, direct list search, hover-to-reveal details, and enhanced “Raised by” info with name, company, and date.
Benefit: Manage and filter observations faster with a cleaner, more intuitive interface.
Observation Side Sheet - [coming soon] - In the Observations module, users will now see a flyout side sheet with a summary of details without leaving the list view. This makes it easier to preview and manage observations while staying in context.
Benefit: Review details instantly without leaving your main workflow.
Instant Worker Status Visibility - A new update to the Personnel page now displays a clear message at the top of the page whenever someone has an expired induction / orientation, expired license, is flagged, or has an unsigned SWMS / RAMS / JHAs. This gives users an immediate “heads up” on anything outstanding - helping sites act quickly and keep compliance on track.
Benefit: Spot compliance gaps at a glance to keep worker records accurate and up to date.
Pre-Task Plan Module in Mobile App - [phased rolling release] - The Pre-Task Plan module is currently being rolled out in a phased release over the coming weeks in the HammerTech mobile app. Teams can view and edit PTP details directly from their mobile devices, in addition to the web browser, for greater flexibility in the field.
Benefit: Empower field teams with mobile-first access to create and update PTPs on the go.
Irongate Badge Printing - [coming soon] - Our Irongate integration now supports printing hard copy ID badges at sign-in, all within HammerTech. This feature is available to customers in North America and Europe.
Benefit: Save time at sign-in with integrated badge printing directly within HammerTech.
